A bit about me here...

I have worked in strategy and business development in large corporations, that were facing massive technological change, for over 15 years. I developed long term strategic plans, and the nearer term product roadmaps to bring that vision to life. I am a strategic, big picture thinker who sees all the options, and the pathways forward.

Over this time I have learnt that:

  • there is beauty and potential in the unknown, and it doesn’t have to be scary
  • with hard decisions there is usually no clear answer, but making a decision is often better than making no decision
  • we can look at best practice, but we always need to tailor it to our situation
  • the best strategies adapt to the environment around us
  • the roadmap will change and evolve, as the world changes and evolves, so have a plan and then hold it lightly

A deep dive on a specific issue that you have been struggling with in your business, or support in getting all the stuff in your head into a plan on paper.

I listen and translate, clarify and collate as we connect with your inner guidance and find a pathway through the messiness.

  • Pre-session questionnaire to cultivate focus and enable preparation for our time together
  • 1x 90 minute session to dive deep into your goals
  • Session recorded for your personal use and reflection
  • Written reflection of the session, including any visual tools like diagrams or high-level roadmaps which may arise from our conversation
  • 1 x 30 minute follow-up session to provide space to discuss what may have come up since the initial session, including supporting you to work through any challenges, and gaining clarity on your next steps
